In the 2015, this wine was produced from a selection of some barrels of Chardonnay with a breeding in its lees more than 9 months and a fresh Albariño conserved in tank during that same time. Cutting these two vinifications, in a greater percentage of the Chardonnay strain, allowed us to obtain this fresh and persistent wine in the mouth, with an intense and complex aroma, as Cocó liked.
