In 2016, this wine was produced from a selection of some barrels of Chardonnay aged over its lees more than 8 months and a fresh Albariño preserved in tank during the same time. Blending these two vinifications, in a greater percentage of the Chardonnay, allowed us to obtain this fresh and persistent wine, with an intense and complex aroma, as Cocó used to like.
