It is presented limpid, pale yellow color with silver reflections. A still glass reveals floral notes, white roses and azhares on a mineral background. Wile shaking the glass you discover its attractive fruit notes such as green apple, peach and apricots. In the mouth it has a sweet attack, its evolution is with a refreshing and balanced acidity, a marked structure that differentiates it from other whites. Its final bouquet is long, with a pleasant persistent aftertaste reminiscent of fresh quinces. Very versatile in the pairing, product of its volume in mouth, from caviar to foie gras, being also perfect company of dishes like duck to the orange or the Kassler. JMADR 10/19/16
