Manual selection of the grapes, berry by berry. Controlled fermentation at 26 ºC with 2 pumping overs and 1 pigeage a day. Total maceration time, 11 days. Aging during 14 months in new French and American oak barrels.
Deep red color with almost black notes, high coloring intensity and agile movement in the glass. Complex aroma, very ripe red fruit, black plums, blackberries over a spicy background with chocolate and liquorice notes. Sweet attack, imposses itself in the mouth powerfully and elegantly, with sweet and harmonious tannins. AB 20/05/2013.
