TASTING NOTES
Intense pink color. Ripe fruit aroma, plum and quince. Mouth with big body, round and en acidity that refreshes. Very long finish. EB, 2/18/2017
Vinificación
Manual selection of grapes grain to grain. Maceration for 12 hours. Fermentation in second-use French oak barrels. The fermentation was interrupted leaving a residual sugar of 10.2 g/L avoiding a high alcohol content. Aging in barrels for 6 months on their lees.
