WINEMAKING  
Manual selection of the grapes. Prefermentative maceration during 5 hours at 8ºC. Debourbage at 10º C, fermentation 80% in stainless steel tanks and 20% in French oak barrels. Aging during 3 months over its lees. Natural stabilization without the use of finings.
