TASTING NOTE  
Ruby red colour. Aromas of cherries, white flowers, with notes of mint and toasted. Soft palate, velvety tannins, balanced acidity and medium volume. CV y EB 26/05/2011.
 
   
WINEMAKING  
Manual selection of the grapes berry by berry. Fermentation at 26ºC, 40% in stainless steel tanks and 60% in French oak vat. Maceration during 9 days with 2 pumping overs a day. Aging during 8 months in French and American oak barrels.
