WINEMAKING  
Manual selection of the grapes berry by berry. Fermentation at 26ºC in stainless steel tank, with 2 pumping overs and 1 pigeage a day, and post maceration with pigeage. Total maceration 24 days. Malolactic fermentation during maceration. Aging during 13 months in new French oak barrels.
