Manual selection of the grapes berry by berry. Fermentation at 26ºC. Maceration during fermentation with 2 pumping overs a day. Aging during 6 months in French oak barrels.

On January 25th 2011, without filtering to preserve maximum potential of the vineyard.

Decant and serve at 16°C.
