TASTING NOTE  
Deep red colour. Aromas of berries, cassis and quince notes. Sweet opening and full-bodied palate. Round tannins and freshness wiven by its acidity, long-last ending. ZO, LB y EB, 19/05/2011.
 
   
WINEMAKING  
Manual selection of the grapes berry by berry. Fermentation at 26ºC, 60% in concrete tanks, 20% in steel tanks and 20% in Frenck oak vats. 10 day maceration, with 2 pumping overs a day. Aging during 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
