| Manual selection of the grapes berry by berry. Fermentation at 26ºC, 60% in concrete tanks, 20% in steel tanks and 20% in Frenck oak vats. 10 day maceration, with 2 pumping overs a day.
Aging during 14 months in French and American oak barrels. |
