TASTING NOTE  
Purple colour. Quince and licorice aroma with toasted notes. Balanced and velvety palate, long last ending. CV y EB, 27/09/2011.
 
   
WINEMAKING  
Manual selection of the grapes berry by berry. Fermentation at 26ºC, with 2 pumping overs and 1 pigeage a day. Total maceration 12 days. Aging during 18 months in new French and American oak barrels.
